§ 9-446. Applicability of chapter

Latest version.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of repairing automobiles or trucks or other vehicles who is operating under a business license issued by the city, and whose occupation or business is not dismantling, wrecking or disassembling automobiles, trucks or vehicles of any kind.
