§ 9-445. Storing of dismantled or disassembled vehicles

No person shall store or allow to be stored upon his property any automobile, truck or other vehicle which is either dismantled or disassembled, either in whole or in part, or does not qualify to be operated on the highways under the Vehicle Code of the State of California, without first obtaining a permit from the city council.
