Ord. No. 01-22, § 1, adopted September 17, 2001, repealed § 8-2, which pertained to adoption of the Employee Housing Act, and derived from Ord. No. 76-16, § 1, adopted April 19, 1976. § 2 of Ord. No. 01-22 repealed § 9-90.1, which was adopted and in effect pursuant to Ord. No. 76-16, but which was never codified herein.
