§ 8-1. Cleaning of premises

Latest version.

Whenever the health officer finds the premises or any part thereof in an unclean or unsanitary condition, he shall order the owner or person in charge of the property to clean the premises or any portion thereof and, if necessary to deodorize in order to remove any unpleasant or objectionable odors.
