No person shall move, or cause to be moved, any building or structure on, over, along
or across any street so as to damage, or interfere with the lawfully placed property
of any public utility; or damage, trim, cut or break any trees or shrubs along such
street; or damage signs, streetlights and any other public improvements or structures
located in the street.
