§ 15-34. Computation of costs

Latest version.

Whenever in this chapter any costs are to be charged to any permittee and no other method for the calculation thereof is specified, such costs shall be the actual cost, including the proportionate part of the salaries, wages or other compensation of any deputy or employee, plus the cost of overhead, not to exceed fifteen (15) per cent of the total costs.
