§ 14-80. Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to provide administrative and civil remedies against responsible persons who permit, allow, or fail to prevent recurring nuisance activities to occur at lodging establishments within the City of Costa Mesa that compromise the public health, safety or welfare.
