§ 9-464. Register and license number of employees

(a) Every licensee of a sexually-oriented business which provides live entertainment depicting, describing or relating to specified anatomical areas or involving specified sexual activities must maintain a register of all persons so performing on the premises and their license numbers. Such register shall be available for inspection during regular business hours by any police office or health officer of the City of Costa Mesa.
