§ 9-455. Term of sexually-oriented business license

Latest version.

An approved sexually-oriented business license shall be valid for one (1) year, and shall be renewed on an annual basis on the anniversary date of the original application. Application for renewal of an unrevoked sexually-oriented business license shall be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of the current, valid license.
