§ 9-151. Notification of changes in ambulance service
Latest version.
In the event of a change in ownership or management of any kind or nature, any interruption of service of more than twenty-four (24) hours' duration, or any substantial change in staffing or equipment of the ambulance service or convalescent transport service, the license holder shall notify the health officer and city manager immediately in writing, stating the facts of such change.
