§ 9-317. Prohibition of alcohol and illegal drugs

Latest version.

(a) The licensee shall not permit the consumption of alcohol on the premises during a bingo session.

(b) The licensee shall not allow a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs to participate in or staff a bingo game.
