§ 9-312. Inspection

Latest version.

Any peace officer of the city shall have free access to any bingo game for charity authorized under these regulations. The permittee shall have the bingo permit available for inspection at all times during any bingo session. It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with by blocking doorways or otherwise to impede the efforts of a peace officer to make such inspections.
