§ 9-303. Bingo license required

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful, and a misdemeanor for any person or organization to organize, conduct or operate a bingo game without having first procured and maintained a license therefor issued by the City of Costa Mesa pursuant to the provisions of this Code.
