§ 9-127. Businesses requiring city council permits

(a) Advertising by sound trucks; advertising by street banners or signs on other than permanent billboards;

(b) Auto wrecking, disassembling and dismantling business;

(c) Taxicab operators;

(d) Solicitors for charitable purposes;

(e) Swap meet.
