§ 5-126. Penalties

Latest version.

(a) Any owner violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of the offenses and subject to the penalties specified in section 1-33 of this Code.

(b) No sale or exchange of any residential building shall be invalidated solely because of the failure of the owner to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
