Formerly, §§ 5-41—5-52 provided for the adoption and amendment of a plumbing code for the city. Ord. No. 87-22, § 2, adopted Nov. 2, 1987, deleted §§ 5-41, 5-47, 5-48, 5-50—5-52; Ord. No. 82-13, § 2(22), adopted Sept. 7, 1982, deleted § 5-42; Ord. No. 75-3, § 10, adopted Jan. 4, 1975, repealed § 5-43—5-46, 5-49. Prior to such deletion or repeal, §§ 5-41—5-52 were derived from the 1960 Code, § 8300 and the following:
