Ord. No. 82-13, § 2(9), adopted Sept. 7, 1982, deleted former § 5-15 which pertained to dangerous buildings, and Ord. No. 87-22, § 2(10)—(12), adopted Nov. 2, 1987, deleted §§ 5-13, 5-14 and 5-16 which pertained to compliance survey inspection and fee therefor and to the requirement of toilet facilities at work places. Prior to deletion, §§ 5-13—5-16 were derived from the 1960 Code, §§ 8104, 8105, 8107, 8108 and the following:
