§ 4-1. Adoption of state act

Latest version.

The definitions, rules, regulations, requirements, exceptions, and any limitations relating to bicycle and motorized bicycle licensing found in Division 16.7, section 39000 through and including section 39012, Vehicle Code of the State of California, are hereby adopted as the law of the city, except as shall by this chapter be modified, amended, or otherwise changed.
