Ord. No. 77-1, § 1, adopted Jan. 17, 1977, specifically amended the Code by repealing Art. 2, §§ 2-280—2-288. Said sections, which pertained to the crime prevention committee, had been derived from Code 1960, §§ 2500.1—2500.9; Ord. No. 69-21, 9-15-69, and Ord.
