Ordinance No. 03-7, § 1, adopted June 16, 2003 repealed §§ 2-136—2-140. Formerly, such sections pertained to removal of the city manager—notice required, hearing, suspension pending hearing, discretion of council and removal after municipal election and derived from §§ 2326, 2327 of the 1960 Code.
