§ 2-123. Supervision of public buildings and property

Latest version.

It shall be the duty of the city manager and he shall have the power to exercise general supervision over all public buildings, public parks, streets and other public property under the control and jurisdiction of the city council and not specifically delegated to a particular board or officer.
