§ 2-13. Ballot arguments and rebuttals to ballot arguments

Latest version.

To the extent any city measure qualifies or is enacted to be submitted to the voters at a city election, ballot arguments for and against the measure and rebuttals to such ballot arguments shall be permitted as provided in Chapter 3 of Division 9 of the California Elections Code, Sections 9280 through 9287, inclusive. The provisions of these sections shall apply to all city elections.
