§ 19-328. Construction permit

(a) In the event that the attachment, installation, operation or maintenance of radio repeaters shall require any construction work in the public right-of-way franchisee shall apply for the appropriate permits required by law and pay any fee charged by the city for such permits.

(b) Upon the completion of construction work, franchisee shall furnish to the city, in hard copy and electronic format, suitable documentation showing the exact location of the radio repeaters and connection points to electrical power and telephone lines within the public right-of-way and on public facilities.
