§ 19-318. Permit index file

The director of public services shall keep and maintain an index file of all permits granted or renewed under the provisions of this chapter and shall furnish a copy of all permits granted or renewed to the city clerk. The director of public services shall make annual surveys as to the location and condition of all such benches and shelters permitted in this chapter.
