§ 19-311. Costs of improvement

Latest version.

Franchisee shall pay all costs and expenses for:

(a) The design, construction, maintenance and removal of the benches and shelters; and

(b) The restoring to proper condition of the sidewalks, curbs or streets which may be disturbed during the construction or removal of any bench or shelter.
