§ 18-48. Notice of denial or cancellation of permit

Latest version.

In the event a permit is denied or cancelled, the applicant or permit holder shall be given written notice by the health officer, which notice shall specify the reasons for his action and shall notify the applicant or permit holder of his right to request a hearing before the well standards advisory board within ten (10) days.
