§ 14-33. Possession of card

Latest version.

No person other than a duly authorized person shall have in his possession any identification card issued to, or intended to be issued to, or purporting to have been issued to, a regular police officer of this city; provided, however, that an honorably retired police officer may retain the police identification card after the word "retired" has been printed across the face of the police identification card.
