§ 13-242. Duration of approval

Latest version.

The approval of a tentative parcel map as set forth in this article shall be for the period of twenty-four (24) months; the applicant may, however, apply for approval for an extension of time to the planning commission for a period or periods not exceeding a total of three (3) years.
