§ 13-207. Nonconforming lots

Latest version.

(a) Uses permitted in the zone shall be permitted on nonconforming lots, subject to all other property development standards of the zone.

(b) When two (2) or more contiguous nonconforming lots or portions of lots are held under common ownership, they shall be deemed merged when and as provided for in the Subdivision Map Act (State Government Code Sections 66410 to 66499.58).
