§ 13-206. Nonconforming fences and walls

Nonconforming fences or walls may remain unless destroyed, damaged or altered (by any means or cause) to the extent of more than fifty (50) per cent of its value. When the destruction, damage or alteration exceeds fifty (50) per cent of its value then the reconstruction shall conform to the Zoning Code.
