§ 13-99. Vehicle standing, loading and unloading

In commercial or industrial projects:

(a) Vehicle standing, loading and unloading shall be conducted so as not to interfere with normal use of streets, sidewalks, driveways and on-site parking.

(b) Vehicle loading areas may be provided under the direction of the planning division. No loading area shall encroach into a required building setback along a public right-of-way. All loading areas or loading docks shall be screened from public view under the direction of the planning division.
