§ 13-185. Appeals

(a) In the event the city council approves the conditional use permit, its action shall be final unless appealed pursuant to subsection (b).

(b) An applicant or an interested person may file an appeal of a land use decision made by the city council to the appeal board within thirty (30) days after the date the city council takes final action on the conditional use permit pursuant to the procedures set forth in State Health and Safety Code Sections 25199.9 - 25199.14.
