With the exception of sexually-oriented businesses located within the PDC Zone, the
distance between any two (2) sexually-oriented businesses shall be measured in a straight
line, without regard to the boundaries of the city and to intervening structures,
from the closest property line of the lot of each business. The distance between any
sexually-oriented business and any residential use, religious institution, school,
or public park shall also be measured in a straight line, without regard to the boundaries
of the city and to intervening structures, from the nearest portion of the property
line of the lot where such sexually-oriented business is conducted, to the nearest
property line of a residential use, religious institution, school, or public park.
