§ 11-198. Prohibition and penalties

Latest version.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions or to fail to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this chapter.

(b) Actions to enforce the provisions of this chapter shall be governed by section 1-33 of this Code, provided, however, that the first three (3) criminal charges filed against a person for any violation of this chapter shall be infractions.
