§ 11-197. Lien authorized

Latest version.

Any judgment for money, including permitted fees and costs, awarded to the City of Costa Mesa through an enforcement action pursuant to this chapter, may be recorded as a lien against the subject property in an amount not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000.00); and, if judgment is entered against multiple defendants, they shall be jointly and severally liable for any judgment so ordered.
