Ord. No. 85-27, § 2, adopted Oct. 21, 1985, provided that former §§ 11-11 and 11-12, which prohibited fortune-telling and the teaching of fortune-telling, etc., be deleted. Such sections had been derived from the 1960 Code, §§ 4218, 4219, and Ord. No. 79-29, § 2, adopted Dec. 17, 1979.
