§ 11-8. Amusement machines; play by minors prohibited

No person shall allow or permit any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to operate, maintain, conduct or play any amusement or game machine after the hour of 10:00 p.m., unless such person under the age of eighteen (18) years is accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or other properly authorized adult. Appropriate signs shall be posted on said games at all times to such effect.
